For the smaller islands, however, an additional fee applies, which is calculated at checkout.

Delivery times may be delayed during long weekends and holidays.
Couriers do not make deliveries on holidays or weekends.
For orders placed by credit card, please add one business day to the standard shipping times to allow for routine administrative checks.
You may exercise your right of withdrawal no later than 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods, provided that the product(s) purchased are in perfect condition, have never been used or sprayed, and that any complimentary samples are returned.

If the goods are not in the same condition as when they were dispatched, a refund cannot be issued. We reserve the right to inspect the product(s) before issuing a refund.
The refund amount (excluding any deductions by online payment platforms and delivery providers) will be credited to the customer via bank transfer (please therefore provide the IBAN to which the refund should be made) within 5 days of receipt of the returned product(s).
Return postage costs are therefore the responsibility of the customer; Pollini Profumi will refund only the value of the returned goods.
